CareConnect ("CareConnect", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

Information You Provide

• Feedback Forms: Information you verify or report, plus an email address if you choose to include one for follow-up.
• Partner Portal: Organization details for partners.
• Location and geolocation: If you use location-aware search or map features, your browser may ask for permission to use your approximate location. We use that location only to help sort or show nearby services.

Information Collected Automatically

• Local Storage: Preferences stored on your device.
• Authentication and sessions: Login, account, auth, and session records needed to operate protected admin or partner areas.
• Technical Data: Standard server logs, metrics, and telemetry for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and incident response (no advertising tracking).

Information We Do NOT Collect

• No search query logging
• No tracking cookies
• No advertising analytics services
• We implement a Zero-Log Policy for your searches.

Our AI assistant runs entirely in your browser using client-side processing.

• Zero Data Egress: Queries never leave your device.
• Zero-Knowledge: We don't know what you discuss.
• No Storage: Conversations deleted on close.

We use information for:

• Service Improvement
• Partner Management
• Security

We do NOT use information for:

• Advertising
• Profiling
• Sale to third parties

We share information only with verified Partners (feedback) or service providers needed to operate CareConnect. Current third-party infrastructure and processors can include Supabase for authentication, sessions, and database storage; Cloudflare for public edge, TLS, and abuse protection; Hetzner or similar VPS hosting for application runtime; and Mapbox or browser geolocation services for optional map/location features. We do NOT sell information.

Feedback is reviewed by humans and may remain in our systems until follow-up is complete. We do not currently publish a fixed automatic deletion timeline for resolved feedback. Partner data is retained while active. Local storage is controlled by you.

CareConnect is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use minimal cookies (NEXT_LOCALE for language). No tracking or advertising cookies.
