To claim a listing, you must be an authorized representative of the organization and operate a genuine social service available to at least one supported CareConnect place.

We verify identity through email domain matching, phone verification, and public records. Fraudulent claims result in immediate termination.

You warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading.

You grant CareConnect a non-exclusive license to display and share your organization's information.

Either party may terminate this listing-access relationship. CareConnect may terminate access for terms violation or inaccurate info.
